Chris H., 9 year old male, went from a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 28.2 and Body Fat (BF) percentage of 39.7% to a BMI of 25.4 and BF% of 29.3% in a period of seven months. Jon S., 7 year old male, lost 10.5 pounds in 3 months. BMI went from 26.4 to 22.3 and Body Fat went from 41% to 27.2% in the same time span. Ruth K., 16 year old female, went from 218.5 pounds to 189.5 pounds in 5 months. Her BMI dropped from 36.4 to 31.5. Alexis B., 9 year old female, went from a BMI of 27.7 to 24.4 in 9 months. Aaron B., 7 year old male, went from BMI 31.6 and BF% of 47.1% to a BMI of 28.7 and BF% of 41.1% in 9 months.
