Effective and Fun:
MedPlay Technologies has developed a very effective and fun lifestyle fitness program that uses high-quality interactive video exercise games to help seniors maintain and improve their health without the boredom and monotony of traditional exercise.

Entertaining Exercise:
Research has shown that interactive video games can promote healthy senior bodies and brain activity - even preventing Alzheimers!
MedPlay Technologies offers a broad selection of low-impact equipment and video games that will have any senior entertained as they exercise both their bodies and their brain

Designed especially for seniors, our workout routine uses low-impact plyometrics, interactive routines, sport-specific elements and our innovative video exercise games. The program is a dynamic, turnkey  workout class where seniors can train together and socialize at the same time.  The class is more fun than seems logically possible! Seniors love to join their  friends in an exercise that is more play than work, all  while improving their physical and mental fitness.
