A unique and specialized health and fitness program for families in the most unique and fun family fitness and wellness centers in the world. It’s been specifically designed to appeal to those who find traditional programs boring. The program is also designed to meet the requirements of referrals from healthcare providers to treat pediatric obesity and other lifestyle-related diseases. Program: 
The curriculum is a 7-week format based on once a week for 90 mins. of classroom session and physical activity, but you can modify it to fit your needs. The lesson plans include topics on nutrition, exercise, and general health. In-class activities and homework assignments are provided.
Parents will be strongly encouraged to participate in all aspects of the Family Fit.Zone program, including the in-class and exercise activities, and the pre- and post-body composition and fitness assessments.

Support:
The Family Fit Zone is designed to provide a turn-key program so you can be up and running in a very short period of time. MedPlay Technologies provides customer support with our team of doctoral-level preventive are spcialists for any questions you may have on the program content.

New lesson plans, activities, and homework assignments will continue to be added to all clients who register their Family Fit Zone program with MedPlay Technologies. New components, such as powerpoint presentations to go with the lessons, will be provided at little or no cost to all registered users. Personalized consulting and training is also available.
